Kobe beef short rib, spun root vegetables, brussels sprouts, and truffled cauliflower puree
3rd Course
Confit of lamb, Sweet onion and leek tart, Wilted Watercress, Black mission fig demi glace
Dessert
White chocolate flourless torte, pistachio mousse and pomegranate seeds
