Carleton Place Canoe Club Regatta and 125th Celebration

Come out and enjoy a fun weekend of kayak and canoe racing on the banks of the Mississippi River at the Carleton Place Canoe Club Regatta. The Carleton Place Canoe Club Regatta welcomes paddlers from clubs all across the region including Rideau, North Bay, Gananoque, Ottawa River etc. Saturday features races for our U9-U17 athletes, while Sunday features races from our Masters divisions.

This year is a very special year for the Carleton Place Canoe Club – the oldest continually operating canoe club in Canada. In addition to our annual regatta, CPCC will be hosting a celebration party following the regatta in the main building.

This year promises to be even better than our annual regatta with live entertainment throughout the weekend, bouncy castle, dunk tank and a variety of on site vendors.

You definitely don’t want to miss the exciting War Canoe races! There will be a canteen and BBQ on Saturday featuring some great grub. All proceeds go to the Club! Tickets for evening celebration will be available soon! Check back on our website where we will be creating a dedicated page for the regatta and celebration. Alcoholic beverages will be available starting at 6pm. Party starts at 8pm and lasts through the evening hours!
