Guided Visualization Meditation with Sound Bath by Yaeb’Et & Etena
Come out to the (heated)Yurt on Chisamore Point Rd to experience a Guided Visualization Meditation with Sound Bath by Yaeb’Et & Etena of Zen Acres.
Please bring what ever you need to be comfortable during the meditation/sound bath…yoga mat, blanket, pillow or meditation cushion. You can sit or lay down during the session, what ever you are most comfortable doing. Our meditations are by a suggested donation of $25 or give what you can, although this is our life calling and how we sustain ourselves we do not want anyone to deny themselves the opportunity for healing due to financial hardships.
