First of Series of Meetings on Kingston’s Healthcare to Take Place

Taking place on the 17th of February, the Kingston and the Islands Progressive Conservative Association of Ontario will be having their first in a series of public forums to be held in Kingston.

The first discussion, titled “The Future of Healthcare in Kingston” will begin at 7 to 9 in the evening at the Atrium of the Agnes Etherington Art Centre, at Queen’s University. Everyone is invited to join this free forum.

The first meeting’s agenda will be the future of healthcare in the Kingston area, more specifically, the direction of long-term care. Officials think that involving the public and having them participate in discussions and the decision making process will be crucial in setting policies on healthcare. The series of forums will be an avenue for the Kingston community to have a say about the area’s healthcare system.

A panel of experts and professionals will be at the meeting to facilitate the number of participants and answer their questions.
