2015 marks the 151st edition of the Lansdowne Fair. This year\u2019s theme is “Country Roots and\u00a0<\/em>Cowboy Boots.\u201d On behalf of our many valued volunteers and organizers, I would like to take\u00a0<\/em>this opportunity to welcome one and all. Last year at our 150th Fair, a time capsule was filled\u00a0<\/em>and sealed. It will be opened at the 200th Lansdowne Fair in 2064; no doubt by the in coming\u00a0<\/em>Mini King and Queen winners. Over the years, many new attractions have been added to the\u00a0<\/em>agenda, while retaining the tried and tested favourites of our fair-goers. Similar to the 150 years\u00a0<\/em>prior, we expect folks to see old friends, meet and make new friends and enjoy a fun filled\u00a0<\/em>weekend inside the gates! Our community, volunteers and sponsor support is second to none,\u00a0<\/em>so check out this year\u2019s Fair. You will be surprised!<\/em><\/p>\n
