Rideau Lakes yoga<\/span><\/strong><\/a> specializes in all levels of classes with a slow exploration of movements. Yoga<\/strong> for every body invites you to practice in a way that suits your needs. Move into a greater sense of ease. Morning classes<\/strong> (to gently wake up, strengthen your gardeners back, and connect with community) are offered on Mondays & Thursdays at 9:30 \u2013 11am. Evening classes<\/strong> (to gently unwind, release the activity of the day, and connect with community)  are offered on Wednesdays at 5:30 \u2013 7pm.<\/p>\n

Classes are virtual using the Zoom<\/strong> platform. Please join in to meet with your yoga community, or practice on your own time with the recording.<\/p>\n

10 classes for $125. Plus the weekly recordings.<\/strong><\/p>\n
