Not only it it the weekend of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rideauvalleyartfestival.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rideau Valley Art Festival<\/a> but it&#8217;s also the 1st annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zone3sports.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sand Lake Triathlon<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.communityexplore.com\/new_sites\/westport\/files\/2010\/08\/sandlaketriathlon.jpg\" alt=\"Sand Lake Triathlon at Lions Club Beach\" title=\"Sand Lake Triathlon at Lions Club Beach\" width=\"261\" height=\"158\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin:0 10px 0 0\" \/><strong>When:<\/strong> August 28th<br \/>\nRegistration opens at 11am<br \/>\nRace begins at 2pm<br \/>\n<strong>Where:<\/strong> Lion&#8217;s Club Beach<\/p>\n<p>On August 28th 250 people will be digging out their swim caps, oiling up their chains and lacing up their sneakers for the Sand Lake Triathlon benefiting the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
