Kingston Ontario’s up and coming Heavy Metal band will play at the Studio Theatre in Perth on August 3, 2013, at 8pm. The band consists of Perth’s own Alexander MacWilliam and Chris Thompson, as well as Arkadius Kornecki, Lisa Thompson, Jessica Marsden, Patrick Buczynski, and Shaun Vanhooser.

Sovereign Council released their first full length album in January and has achieved much success across Canada. The band blends classically inspired melodic leads with heavy rhythms bridging the gap between rock and heavy metal. In the short time since the release of “New Reign” Sovereign Council has attracted worldwide attention from labels, producers, magazines, radio stations, publicists, promoters, and has played several sold out shows across Ontario.  This summer they are joining Santuarium on their North American tour, part of which brings them right here to the Perth Studio Theatre on August 3rd. For ticket and more information call Shadowfax, (613) 267-6817 . Studio Theatre Perth is located at 63 Gore Street East, Perth ON
