Delta Maple Syrup Festival

As soon as the sap starts to run the folks in Delta prepare for their annual Delta Maple Syrup Festival. Enjoy the festivities of the spring season at the annual Delta Maple Syrup Festival! This is an annual spring event in Delta, held on the third weekend in April (April 16-17, 2011), featuring pancakes with maple syrup served at the Delta Fair Grounds, visits to sugar bushes, and sales of maple products and crafts. The Delta Mill Society cooperates with the Festival committee by opening the Mill for special demonstrations, exhibits and tours.

I see several pages telling us that the Delta Maple Syrup Festival is on April 16 and 17 this year, but I have been unable to determine what time they start serving. As we want to bring friends with us, and don’t want to find ourselves waiting around for doors to open, please fill me in on this. Thanks.
