Winter Park Sunday Running Group
The Winter Park Sunday Running Group has been a source of pleasant running experiences and friendships for hundreds of runners over 40 years. We encourage and welcome runners of all ages and speeds to join us on the course which offers exceptional scenery throughout Winter Park. The most popular distances range from five to ten miles, but the course easily accommodates shorter loops of three or four miles. It is our policy to ensure that people new to the group are warmly welcomed and that they do not get lost on the course.

Popcorn Flicks in the Park
Presented by Winter Park CRA and produced by Enzian Theater. This film series features classic films for the whole family. We encourage you to bring a blanket, a picnic or snacks, and some family and friends and join us! Free popcorn for everyone.
The Witches

While staying at a hotel in England with his grandmother, Helga (Mai Zetterling), young Luke (Jasen Fisher) inadvertently spies on a convention of witches. The Grand High Witch (Anjelica Huston) reveals a plan to turn all children into mice through a magical formula. When they find that Luke has overheard, the witches test the formula on him. Now, with the help of Helga and the hotel manager, Mr. Stringer (Rowan Atkinson), Luke the mouse must fight back against the witches.

Market to Park (afternoon)
Get your fresh produce at our mobile farmers’ market on the first Tuesday and first Thursday of each month. Market to Park is open on the first Tuesday of the month during lunch, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., so residents and working families can pick up fresh produce during their lunch break.
On the first Thursday of each month, the Market to Park is open during the evening commute, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. so working families can easily access fresh vegetables on their way home from work and immediately serve a fresh and healthy dinner. The Market to Park program was started with a grant from Healthy Central Florida with the intent to increase access to fresh vegetables in our community.

If you have a latté beans to grind or you simply want to espresso your thoughts, CoffeeTalk may be the cup for you. This free, popular CoffeeTalk series gives the community an opportunity to sit down and talk with the Mayor, City Commissioners, and City Manager over a cup of coffee provided by Barnie’s Coffee Kitchen. CoffeeTalk provides a more informal setting to share ideas, concerns and thoughts with city leaders.
