Brockville Sanata Claus ParadeIt’s that time of year again when jolly Old St. Nick will be making his annual appearance in downtown Brockville, Ontario for the 2010 Brockville Shriners and Rotary Santa Claus Parade, Saturday, November 27, 2010 @ 2:00 p.m.

The Brockville Shriners and Rotary Santa Claus Parade will start at North Agusta Road and Pearl Street then travel West on Pearl Street E. to Park Street, South on Park Street and lastly, West on King Street to Gilmore Street.

The parade will feature many floats, bands, horses, clowns, community groups, dignitaries and finally the star attraction, Santa himself.
During this year’s parade, volunteers will be collecting non-perishable foods from the viewers in support of The Brockville Food Bank and as donations during the Harvest Sharing Drive were down over last year at this time, we ask that everyone give generously.

Don’t forget to have your “Letters To Santa” ready as volunteers will also be collecting them along the parade route also.

Because Brockvillians care about Brockvillians, the parade volunteers will lastly be collecting for the Kinsmen Snow Suit Drive along the route as the “Young Leaders” float passes. Please remember to bring a snow suit to donate to this worthy cause at this time of year.
