Celebration Hosts the Alfa Romeo Car Show 2010
Are you a car enthusiast who loves nothing more than ogling at shiny, rare cars? The Town of Celebration, Florida has just the event for you.
Happening on the 6th of November is the 8th Annual Alfa Romeo Car Show, hosted by the Mid Florida Alfa Romeo Owners Club. The event is set to take place at Celebration Town Center at 10 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon.
Starting with only 7 members in 2002, the Mid Florida Alfa Romeo Owners Club has enjoyed significant growth over the years, and now boasts of a tight-knit community of 110 members today.
Among the great cars you can expect to see includes a rare Fiat Bianchina, owned by Celebration’s own Freda Inda. Her vehicle also won the People’s Choice Award in last year’s car show. The event will also showcase a 1964 Alfa Romeo as well as a rare 1959 Alfa Romeo Giuletta Sprint.
And then you have the only car of its kind in existence, the Alfa Romeo Vignali, owned by Delmas Grenne. Manufactured in1953, the Vignali was originally built as a prototype for Alfa Romeo. Unfortunately, the automobile’s design wasn’t considered by the car manufacturer, leading him to halt all plans of mass producing it in the future.
All these and more await you at the Alfa Romeo Car Show 2010. Don’t miss this event!
