Architect led Tours of Celebration

27

Architects from the Celebration Foundation’s New Urbanism committee will be leading tours of Celebration on Saturday, November 5 and Saturday, November 12 in honor of Celebration’s 20th anniversary.

Have you ever wondered why the back of every sign in Celebration is painted green? Or perhaps you never even noticed they are.

The tours will depart from Market Square by the fountain and will be about an hour long. You will learn about our mixed use, compact and vibrant town center using the planning principles of New Urbanism…discuss the details of streetscapes and architectural styles…and even learn from experts about the design and management of our public parks and trails. You can impress your neighbors and friends about details that make our home of Celebration unique.

Celebration Residents Only. Limited availability.  The tours are $5 per person. To register please click .
