On Thursday, October 16, the Winter Park High School Bands will commence their 75th Anniversary Year with a fall concert. Most of the Winter Park High School Bands will perform, including the Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble, and the concert will feature a wide variety of music. 

The fall concert is part of the Homecoming events during the week and, in a special celebration of the 75th year of the Winter Park High School band program, many former WPHS band directors and band alumni will be in attendance.

The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Ann Derflinger Auditorium on the Winter Park High School main campus, 2100 Summerfield Road, Winter Park, FL 32792. Admission is free, and the public is warmly invited to attend.

The Winter Park High School bands are under the direction of Director Christopher Blackmer, Christopher.Blackmer@ocps.net, and Associate Director Michael Clemente,Michael.Clemente@ocps.net.

The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Small Business Resource Network host a monthly educational program for small business owners. The seminar series is designed with small business owners and professionals in mind and provides the necessary fundamentals of, and resources for, growing and sustaining a profitable organization in our community.

Each month features a different speaker and topic. Programs are be held on the third Friday of each month, with few exceptions.
