Our annual Celebration summer camp provides daily care for children ages 6-12, with exciting and interactive activities for all.

Summer Breakout incorporates a balanced schedule of indoor and outdoor activities. Each day has a structured timeline of fun and safe activities supervised by the parks & recreation staff. Campers can expect weekly themes, field trips, swimming, playing games outside, enjoying our fantastic Spring Park playground, along with crafts, dancing, building timeless friendships and more.

Game On! June 13-17
This week is all about team spirit and good sportsmanship. Campers will experience a variety of sport related activities this week, such as crafts, games and field day fun.  They will end their week with a field trip to the Mascot Games located at the Amway Center.

Each day has a structured timeline of fun and safe activities supervised by the Parks & Recreation staff. Campers can expect field trips, swimming, outdoor activities, time enjoying our fantastic Spring Park play-ground, along with crafts, dancing and more.

The camp is $155 per week for Celebration residents and $180 per week for non-residents. A $25 non-refundable deposit must accompany each week’s reservation. A brief overview of each week’s theme and activities is listed below.

Parents/ guardians may sign-up their children for a variety of weeks, paying for one at a time or all up front.

Porch & Yard Sale

23Celebration’s semi-annual Porch & Yard Sale, the Spring edition, will be held on Saturday, March 5, from 8 a.m.- 2 p.m.

$10 per household. This fee covers advertising, signage, lists, and maps.

• Resident Set-up at Town Hall: 6:30 – 8 a.m.
• No cars are permitted in event area at any time.
• Residents are not permitted to bring tables and tents.
• Parking is not permitted in the 851 Parking lot, but the K-8 Gym parking lot will be available for parking until full.
• Please check in at the Check-In table located at the entrance to the Town Hall side street.
• There will be a Goodwill truck parked at the end of the street from 1-3 p.m., if anyone would like to donate items that aren’t sold.

July 4th event at Celebration Town Center – “A Flashback of 4th of July”

Celebrate July 4th with us in style with A Flashback of 4th of July “A Salute to Cinema” in beautiful Celebration, Florida.

The day will kick off with a 4th of July parade at 9:00am right through Celebration Town Center. The festivities for 4th of July “A Salute to Cinema” will begin at 5:30 PM, and by 9:30pm the cinema themed synchronized fireworks show will begin! Celebration Town Center has one the top firework shows in the Southeast, and this show will be in the theme of “A Salute to Cinema” A Flashback of 4th of July.

There will be a movie themed costume contest starting at 8:15 PM, so make sure you dress as your favorite movie character for a chance to win some great prizes!

The Town Center’s KidZone will have fun for all ages. There will be a variety of inflatable games for kids and teens, a jousting area, a rock climbing wall, face painting, and so much more to do!

With actor Justin Smith (The Vampire Diaries, VH1′s Single Ladies, Burn Notice, Meet the Spartans and more) hosting, there will be live music by Micah Read-Mo Geetz, DJ Tami, Jordyn Kane, and more. With additional music by The Dixieland Jazz Band. They are a unique musical group made up of former members of the “Rosie O’Grady’s Good Time Band” who will offer patriotic music for the whole family. There will be dancing and fun for all ages.

So come ready for a good time and bring your dancing shoes!

Come celebrate 4th of July with us at Celebration Town Center. Event starts at 5:30pm and there will be fun for the whole family.

March Porch & Yard Sale

Get ready for Celebration’s semi-annual porch & yard sale taking place March 3, 2012 from 8am – 2pm. Sponsored by the Celebration Parks & Recreation, the cost is only $10 per household. This fee covers advertising, signage, lists, and maps.

Father Daughter Dance

Celebration FLJust in time for Valentine’s Day, Celebration Parks & Recreation is pleased to announce our annual Father Daughter Dance taking place February 10, 2012, themed “Under the Sea!” Join us for a special evening where fathers and their daughters can dance the evening away on the ocean dance floor. So bring out those dancing shoes and make sure you reserve your tickets to the ball!

Registration closes on Tuesday, February 7 and is limited to the first 200 tickets sold. This very popular evening is expected to sell out, so be sure to purchase your tickets early. Sweet treats and light refreshments will be provided. Another relative is welcome if Dad is not available to attend.
