Citivan Free Seniors Christmas Dinner

Dinner platesOn Sunday, December 7th, 2014 the good folks at the CIVITAN CLUB in PERTH will host a FREE SENIORS’ CHRISTMAS DINNER at the hall, located on Hwy. #43 just east of Perth. Gallery on Gore Presents Passage From Transylvania

ID-10010495GALLERY ON GORE is hosting a special exhibit called PASSAGE FROM TRANSYLVANIA from December 5th, 2014 to February 23rd, 2015. The exhibit features original paintings by Transylvanian artist MARIA MOLDOVAN, who resided in Gatineau in 2014, but has since returned to her homeland. The paintings were all produced while she was living in Canada, and are representations of her inner journey during a tumultuous transitional period of her life.

GALLERY ON GORE is located at 92 Gore St. East, and is open Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 5pm, and Sundays 12pm to 4pm. Please call Kevin or Johanne for further information at 613-200-1040.

Nick of Time Christmas Craft Show and Sale

Santa Clause Parade

ID-100297779The Annual PERTH & DISTRICT CHILDREN’S SANTA CLAUS PARADE OF LIGHTS takes place on Saturday, December 6th, 2014 leaving Sunset Blvd. at 5pm. The Parade will make its way south through Town (Wilson to Gore) with thousands of sparkling lights, Christmas music and favourite characters. 9th Annual CFUW Heritage Christmas House Tour

Perth Citizen's BandThe 9th Annual C.F.U.W. Heritage Perth Christmas House Tour is scheduled for December 6 and 7, 2014, featuring 8 lovely and unique homes, decorated for the holidays.  Your $30.00 ticket will help provide support in the form of educational awards, to deserving young women seeking university education.  Proceeds also support literacy and other educational initiatives in local schools and libraries.  Ticket holders can take advantage of specially priced meals at local restaurants, as well as St. James Anglican Church Hall. Make sure to save the date!
