11th Annual “Celebrating the Season” 2015

You are invited to enjoy the sights and sounds of Delta’s “Celebrating the Season”

Saturdays: November 21 & 28, December 5, 12, and 19

Bundle up for an evening stroll, or wagon ride around the Park to see the trees and buildings all magically lit with over 80,000 lights!

Christmas carols will be playing throughout the park with various festive displays being lit for your pleasure.

Free wagon rides will be available throughout the park on half hour intervals between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Wagon rides will ONLY be available from the Fair Grounds at 110 Mill Creek Drive, Delta

People are encouraged to walk throughout the park to view the sites. Pedestrian parking is available from the Village Boat Launch which is located on the park entrance road.

Stop by Santa’s workshop (Cottage #1) for a visit and leave your letter for Santa. Please bring your own camera for a photo opportunity with Mr. & Mrs. Claus.

Hot Chocolate and Willard’s Donuts will be provided at Cottage #2.

Meals will be available each evening at the United Church starting at 4:00 p.m. Handicapped accessible parking will be available on Church Street.

Get ready to celebrate at the Delta Fair, as the entertainment is all set. Bring the whole family to make great memories at this incredible fair. If you purchase your pay-one-price and ride-all day vouchers before July 25th, it will only cost $25 ($35 when purchased at the fair). 2013 Lombardy Fair

The Lombardy Fair will be celebrated from August 2 – August 5, 2013 at the Lombardy Agricultural Society Hall. This fair is unique, as it is known for setting the pace for other local fairs. The Lombardy Fair provides warm hearted country hospitality, excellent entertainment, and enriching agricultural education. Celebrate the summer with produce and craft displays and the Agricultural Showcase all week and the Land of Lakes Tunis Shrine Clowns from Saturday – Monday.

On Friday, enjoy the Junior Fair Ambassador Contest and the Horse and Pony Pulls.

On Saturday, come on down for Western Team Penning and the Antique Tractor Pull.

Sunday is Kids’ Day with the Baby Show, the Local Boys’ 4×4 Pickup Truck and Licensed Modified Street Race, the Lawn Mower Races, and more Western Team Penning.

Monday will showcase the Mutt Show and the Demolition Derby.

Annual Lansdowne Fair

Are you ready for a tractor pull, horse show, antique car show, the fair parade, contests to see if you are fair royalty, the annual toilet bowl race, the chainsaw challenge, the demolition derby and the talent show? Are you preparing to enter your projects into the many competitions? All of these amazing events and so much more will be waiting for you on July 19-21 at the Annual Lansdowne Fair! Camp Iawah Open House welcomes all Nature and Outdoor Sports Enthusiasts.

All those who love to spend time outdoors and appreciate the beauty of nature will be totally delighted to hear that the annual Camp Iawah Open House is just around the corner. As always, there will be a lot of fun and exciting activities that will satisfy you as an outdoor and nature enthusiast. Adventure Activities include kayaking, rock climbing, trekking, a sumptuous outdoor barbecue and of course, camping the whole day long. These activities are not the only ones prepared for the guests as sports enthusiasts will be excited to since there will be outdoor sports like archery. So if you think you can handle these fun and exciting outdoor activities, come to 304 IAWAH Rd RR2 Godfrey, Ontario on the 21st of May 2011, Saturday. Sure enough that you wouldn’t want to miss this exciting event.

The annual open house has been growing bigger and bigger ever since it began. This event definitely is a great way for parents and potential campers to go and spend a long and great weekend and at the same time enjoy a free splendid BBQ in the process. Over 300 guests came to the event last year and each one of them was truly delighted. They had a great weekend and all of them said that they’re going to come back this year. It will be another grand event for those who love camping out.
