The Lombardy Fair is coming fast! Join us in Lombardy Ontario from August 1-4, there will be so much to do and see you’ll need the whole weekend to take it all in! The Lombardy fair features an agricultural show, midway rides, beer garden, live entertainment and much more!

This year buy your advanced midway tickets from these local retailers: Kitley Grocery & Service Centre (Toledo), Impression Printing (51 Abbott St. N., Smiths Falls), Echo Tours (9 Chambers St., Smiths Falls), and The Roosteraunt (69 Lombard St., Smiths Falls). Ride bracelets are $20 in advance and $25 at the fair.

The Lombardy Fair will be celebrated from August 2 – August 5, 2013 at the Lombardy Agricultural Society Hall. This fair is unique, as it is known for setting the pace for other local fairs. The Lombardy Fair provides warm hearted country hospitality, excellent entertainment, and enriching agricultural education. Celebrate the summer with produce and craft displays and the Agricultural Showcase all week and the Land of Lakes Tunis Shrine Clowns from Saturday – Monday.

On Friday, enjoy the Junior Fair Ambassador Contest and the Horse and Pony Pulls.

On Saturday, come on down for Western Team Penning and the Antique Tractor Pull.

Sunday is Kids’ Day with the Baby Show, the Local Boys’ 4×4 Pickup Truck and Licensed Modified Street Race, the Lawn Mower Races, and more Western Team Penning.

Monday will showcase the Mutt Show and the Demolition Derby.

The attractive white buildings and all those bright orange roofs have become a local landmark for area residents as well as travelers on Hwy 15. In the twenty – eight years at this location the fair has grown and expanded to act as a bench mark for other fairs in Ontario. The Lombardy fair has set high standards for itself and will continue to provide country hospitality, entertainment, and agricultural education, for the whole family, whether they have rural or urban roots.
