This coming April 24-25 is the Great American Pie Festival in beautiful downtown Celebration.

For the thirteenth year in a row, the town of Celebration, Florida will become the Pie Capital of the World on April 26th and 27th, 2014 when thousands of pie lovers, tasters and bakers gather together the Great American Pie Festival. The highlight, as always, will be the Never-Ending Pie Buffet, featuring award-winning pie, ice cream, toppings and beverages from some of our fine sponsors!

This year, pie lovers from across the country will be treated to sweet offerings by Bakers Square Restaurants and Pies, Community Coffee, Kroger’s Private Selection, Publix Super Markets, Inc., Legendary Baking, Winn-Dixie, Harlan Bakeries,Duncan Hines Comstock/Wilderness, Village Inn and Wick’s Pies.

Thousands can make their own pies at the Pie Creation Station sponsored by Duncan Hines Comstock/Wilderness. There will be pie decorating, pie art, chef hat decorating and many more pie activities to enjoy. The Pietopia Demonstration Stage sponsored by Village Inn and Bakers Square Restaurants features entertainment and baking demonstration by chefs from across the country. Of course, no pie festival would be complete without a Pie Eating Contest presented by Private Selection.

Thursday’s festivities run from 11am-7pm, Friday’s activities run from 12-5pm. Come on down and taste the world’s best pies!

Join us from April 10-13, for the 11th Annual Celebration Exotic Car Festival children’s charity event! This four-day event showcases North America’s largest collection of exotic cars, race cars and iconic Hollywood movie cars.

This race qualifies racers for world class marathons, such as the Boston Marathon.

Come and join us downtown Celebration where all the seasons activities have been extended to keep you in the spirit of the holidays. Stroll the streets of downtown Celebration and take in the many sites and sounds of the happenings on Market Street. Parking and admission are free.

It’s still snowing nightly at 6, 7, 8, and 9 PM, even on New Year’s Eve. You can also enjoy the ice rink, also on New Year’s Eve. Enjoy skating for a half hour for just $10. Don’t worry about ice skates. These are provided for you. You may enjoy the ice rink from 4-10 PM.

Take the time to pop in to the shops located close by. Grab a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Dine in one of the many fine establishments, or take a romantic horse drawn carriage ride. For just $25 for 2 people, you can be mesmerized by all of the holiday lights of the town of Celebration.

Enjoy the thrill of snow fall downtown Celebration now until December 31 from 5-9pm. There will be music, Charles Dickens Carolers, photos with Santa, horse drawn carriages, train rides, family fun and best of all, snow fall. Join us downtown on Saturday December 21, at 5pm for winter fun as we count down to Christmas.

There will be ice skating, Santa’s house, snow fall and concerts. The first concert begins at 8:15pm with Lucy Iris and the second concert begins at 9:15pm with Ryan Cabrera. Do not miss out on all the fun, bring your family and friends and lat’s do the count down together.

Celebrate the season with us over at Rock Church. We have so many wonderful programs going on there is something for everyone. Starting with our Crossroads Talent Showcase on December 6 at 7:30pm, then join us a few weeks later for our Christmas Show on December 20 at 7:30pm. On Christmas Eve come out and enjoy a Christmas Eve dinner with all the fixing and good company. Tell your friends and share in the love and joy of the season. After Christmas the fun continues with our Christmas presentation of Scrooge on December 27 at 7:30pm followed by our New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31 at 10pm.
