Run with the Pride!

The Celebration K8 School Run with the Pride 5K Fun Run & Walk is an untimed, sidewalk race to encourage our local students, staff, families and surrounding community members in fitness and good health.

The course starts at the Celebration K8 School Gym (951 Starling Drive), winds through the beautiful neighborhoods of Celebration, along the golf course and down the palm tree-lined Celebration Blvd. To control runner flow, we will have a staggered start with fast-paced runners starting first and walkers bringing up the rear. The course will be well marked and Osceola County deputies & volunteers will be on hand to assist with road crossings. There will be a timing clock at the finish line so runners can record their time, and awards will be given to the top 5 overall finishers.

Please note that this is the same weekend as the Celebration Marathon. If you’re not quite ready for 13.1 or 26.2 miles, sign up for the 5K as a shorter option! Or use the 5K as your pre-race warm-up run with family and friends.

5K entry fees include hydration stations on the course, post-race snacks and beverages, a tech race t-shirt*, a finisher medal and a chance to win some prizes.

Celebrations Farmers Market is a weekly event, every Sunday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (winter hours) 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (summer hours).

This neat little event takes place along the street fronting Lakeside Park, which is blocked off and set up with canopies, tables, and chairs for the vendors. True to its name, it is home to at least a couple of farmers who sell their freshly grown fruits and vegetables. But the Farmers Market isn’t just devoted to veggies. There are vendors selling all sorts of wares, from food to crafts to baked goods.

The market offers vendors selling produce, vegetables, clothes, accessories, and products produced and distributed by local business owners.

Right nearby you can still enjoy downtown Celebration area and enjoy local shops, restaurants, and cafes.
