Film Night International

There will also be a preview of THE GRAND SEDUCTION, on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014 at the Full Circle Theatre, with show times at 2pm and 7pm.

The Full Circle Theatre is located at 26 Craig St. in Perth. A pass is $40.

Mark Twain’s Patent Scrapbook

Thanks Giving Dinner Theatre

theatreOn Saturday, October 11th, 2014 Heritage Mica Days will once again present their THANKSGIVING DINNER THEATRE at Murphys Point Provincial Park.

Imagine yourself as part of an intimate group of 24 people, following a trail to the Silver Queen Mine in the company of character actors. The script of Dave Lally Cooks a Turkey tells the adventures of the Lally Family, original homesteaders in the Murphys Point area, with a lot of truth and a whole lot of whimsy.

Tickets are $75 per person and must be purchased in advance (price includes all gratuities and vehicle entry fees). Purchase four tickets at one time for a special price of $255 (a 15% savings). Tickets are available securely online at heritagemicadays.ca or by calling Beth at 613-267-5340.

Please note that it is about a 2km return trip walk from the parking area to the Silver Queen Mine, and the trail is NOT barrier free. Dogs are not permitted at this event.

Lanark County Harvest Festival at Beckwith Park

ceThe Lanark County Harvest Festival is an all day event featuring local talent from all corners of Lanark County. Join us Sunday, September 7 from 11am-4pm.

At the festival you’ll find local farm produce, crafts made by local artisans, food seminars, children’s activities, workshops, local musicians and more. Followed by the Harvest Church Supper at 4pm, $12 a person.

This December at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, there will be a live stage version of the famous, The Sound of Music. 

St Andrews is the perfect back drop for this heart-warming musical about a young nun and the family that adopted her. While it is always shown on television at Christmas time, we ask that you come out and see locals perform the live version, with its rich acoustics, this presentation will be a never-to-be-forgotten experience.

Studio Perth Theatre

Studio Perth Theatre presents Old Love, by Norm Foster. A turn around love story directed by  David Perry, Old Love will make September’s theatre season one not to be missed.
